Meet Patrice

Growing up in the southwest part of France, close to the world renowned town of Saint Emilion, near Bordeaux, one of the oldest and most prestigious wine producing regions in the world, I was immersed at a very young age in all aspects of the art of gastronomy and hospitality.

My mentor, teacher, coach, and biggest fan, my mother; half Italian, half French, not only taught me all the basics and the language of food, but also the love and passion required to become the person I am today.

At the age of sixteen, I started my long worldly adventure in the food industry, surrounded by my uncle who was a pastry chef and baker, an aunt and her colorful organic farm, uncle J-P and his winery, all under the supervision of my mother.

Chef Patrice is the absolute BEST! He is so fun to work with, very professional, and an excellent chef! We have used him twice now and will continue to use him in the future. He created an incredible menu for both of the events we used him for, he arrived exactly on time and he always leaves our kitchen looking way nicer than he found it!!! On top of that he is just so caring and genuine - the second time he came to our house he brought our two year old a toy garbage truck because he saw how much he loved garbage trucks the first time he was here - can you beat that?! You need Chef Patrice in your life!!!
